1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

4. Return Shipping Procedure
Return shipping is free.
Once the return request is approved, a prepaid return label will be sent by email.
Customers must download and print the label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at the indicated carrier location.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after validation of the return.
The time required for the amount to appear depends on the payment provider.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is received damaged or incorrect, customers must contact support within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.
After review, a replacement or refund will be issued where applicable.
